Requirements:
• To develop new products for local and oversea market.
• To expand the market share (local and oversea) for existing products.
• To conduct market research, analyze and monitor the development of market trend.
• To identify business opportunity via details analysis (sales data, market information and survey) to develop customer focus / trade / channel promotion with the target to drive higher sales volume.
• To plan the monthly sales target and monitor the sales performance of each sales regions.
• Must be able to develop the sales & marketing plans and strategies in order to support Company’s short term and long term objectives.
• To review and monitor the effectiveness of all the sales and marketing activities.
• To liaise with advertisement agent on all the advertisement activities including of promotion of product image and feedback from customers.
• To liaise with the advertisement agent on the packaging design (for example: packing material, paper box and etc.)
• To monitor and follow –up all the quality issues of products and packaging material.
• To develop and maintain good relationships with customers and constantly emphasis on customer service and seek feedback for improvement.
• Provide inspirational leadership to motivate, retain and develop a team of marketing staffs.
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the Food Manufacturing Industries / FMCG Industries,
• Committed, highly disciplined, motivated, proactive and innovative with good relationship and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both speaking and written English.
• Must be able to travel to oversea countries.
